Great food, seems to be family run. Enjoyed it on an unorthodox picnic and it set a happy mood!! Was running late and they were more than understanding. In fact they were so generous to give me a complimentary item. Highly reccomend them if you're going through Meriden. :)

Id like to consider myself a regular here. The only place i go since my favorite place across town stopped delivering. Very friendly and prompt service. Prices have gone up recently but still worth it.

Great food, love their egg foo young and chicken fried rice. Workers who deliver food should definitely label each container so that its easy to find what you order. Unfortunately, it wasnt implemented this time, hopefully next time? Otherwise great food.
I don't know why everybody keeps saying that they are rude. I just got off the phone with them on a extremely busy Friday and the lady was as polite as can be. They did NOT overcharge either. I have eaten at Jade for about 10 years now and never had a bad experience.
Cheap. Good food. Never disappointed. They are clean. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is that they dont deliver to the east side I guess the car just doesnt make it up the hill lol but we dont mind going to get it. This place is the best Chinese in meriden besides ting ho in tow line square.
